	Developing Relevant Models — presenting the gospel in a culturally relevant manner without losing any aspect of its message.
	Equipping Students for Significant Peer Ministry — young people are called and gifted by God for ministry NOW. We offer service opportunities that make a difference in our church, our community, and around our world.
	Relationships — life change happens through relationships. People are always more important than programs. We are committed to prompting God honoring relationships, in small groups that will challenge each young person to the next level in their walk with Christ.

Each week the youth group meets under the direction of adult youth sponsors.

Pioneer Clubs
Pioneer Clubs are a ministry of the Atlanta Road Alliance Church to children and youth age 3 years through grade 6. The purpose of Pioneer Clubs is to help young people put Christ in every phase of life, develop healthy relationships with family and friends, and understand God’s love and plan for them. Every week throughout the school year, Pioneer Clubs meets to promote biblical principles through Bible exploration, games, memory work, singing and creative activities. This ministry is committed to bringing God honoring life skills into each child’s busy schedules. We strive to focus the children’s mind, and bodies for a life-long commitment to Jesus Christ.

Summer Children’s Ministries
Vacation Bible School is held every summer to lead children to live a life with a singleminded allegiance to Jesus Christ and His Word. During each action packed Vacation Bible School, the children learn life changing truth from God’s Word, memorize the verses of the Word of God, and participate in activities.
